How the two PDFs work together

One topic. Three thoughtful steps.

01

Explore the illustrated front

Begin with the card image, title and central idea. Observe before reaching for an answer.

02

Read the detailed back

Build context through key points, practical observation, common mistakes, safety and reflection.

03

Use the matching activity

Find the same card number in the free companion, then observe, compare, reflect and self-check.

Some activities intentionally use paper, calm video, fictional records or empty equipment areas. Live observation must be authorized and safe. The companion is not a veterinary treatment manual.

Questions

Before you begin.

Is this digital or physical?

This $19.95 offer is a digital download. No physical product is shipped with your purchase.

What do I receive with the PDF purchase?

You receive the 320-page main collection containing 160 illustrated front-and-back cards, plus the complete 162-page Put It Into Practice companion.

Is the second PDF really free?

Yes. The practical companion is included at no additional charge. It has no separate paid value and does not add paperback upgrade credit.

How do the cards and companion connect?

Every companion page matches the number and title of a main card. Read the illustrated front and detailed back first, then use the corresponding activity page.

Can I print the PDFs for personal use?

Yes. You may print copies for your own personal learning. Sharing, resale, public upload and commercial redistribution are not permitted.

Is the paperback available now?

No. The paperback is out of stock and cannot be ordered or preordered. Availability is expected in December 2026, without a guaranteed date.

How does the paperback upgrade work?

An eligible customer who bought the main PDF can later apply the amount paid for it toward the paperback price, then pay the difference. Final availability and eligibility verification apply.

Do I need to buy the PDF first?

Yes. Purchasing the main PDF is required to qualify for the future upgrade credit.

Does purchasing the PDF reserve a paperback?

No. A PDF purchase or notification signup is not a paperback order, preorder, reservation or stock guarantee.

Are shipping and taxes included in the upgrade difference?

No. Shipping and applicable taxes are separate and will be shown when physical checkout becomes available.

Does this replace an instructor or veterinarian?

No. The collection is educational. Handling and riding require suitable supervision and equipment, and health concerns require qualified professional or veterinary care.
